Custom Jutsu Rules

To create a jutsu you must first
1. Make a topic in the Jutsu Registration Forum
2. Post the Jutsu using the template given and provide Descriptions will be highly judged and will determine if it gets approved or denied.
3. Wait for approval. then if approved
4. Post in the Jutsu training topic and rp creating the jutsu for 15 paragraphs ( you can divide them into various post or post it one big post).
5. ALL ANIME/MANGA JUTSU ARE ALREADY ACCEPTED ON THE SITE SO DO NOT REGISTER RIPOFFS FROM THE SHOW OR ANIME! This will cause it to be auto Denied
