Character Personality: Seraph is a calm and calculating person. He wont get into a battle without first measuring the situation. Highly Intelligent many consider him a genius. He can be arrogant at times believing his logic to be correct over the opinions of other people. Sometimes he is hot headed and can make rash decisions this rarely happens.


Background Info: Born in the highly industrialized Amegakure he was orphaned at the age of 5. He grew up with relatives that harvested his intellect and his body. He enrolled in the local ninja academy at the age of 7 and graduated top of his class by the age of 10. He completed the requisites for the Chuunin exam around a year after. During that time the Chuunin Exams were held in the legendary village of Konoha. He passed with flying colors on his first try. After completing a number of very important missions for Amegakure he was promoted to the rank of Jounin by the age of 15. There after if there was a need of a ninja who could carry out extremely dangerous and top-secret missions Seraph was the one the village leader would call. After the fall of the Fifteenth village leader a tyrant stepped up to the governing seat over the village. The tyrant oppressed the village and its people to the limit of cruelty. During this time Seraph was used given a numerous amount of missions that went against his moral code. They ranged from assassinating innocent children of a royal line so that the current village leader would win favor with the one who wanted to usurp the throne of said country. Seraph's guilt was great after this incident he had helped the tyrant and the usurper of the throne in a way he could never forgive himself for doing. It was after this incident along with others that had led to Seraph's organization of a resistance movement within Amegakure. An underground group was of fellow ninjas and villagers as well as sponsors from other countries who had felt the iron hand of oppression of the tyrant. After months of planning and small strikes at the tyrants reign and with Seraph at the head of the resistance and in his privileged position in the inner circle of the tyrant allowed the resistance to overthrow the tyrant and gain peace and tranquility for Amegakure.

When the time came for choosing a new village leader Seraph had stepped aside and had let the villagers choose who they wanted to lead them. To his surprise the villagers had chosen him to lead them as he had done during the resistance. They had chosen him to be the village leader of Amegakure. It took some time for Seraph to accept the charge and the cries of the villagers. He became the village leader to repent for the sins he had committed during the reign of the tyrant over Amegakure. He would lead the village with compassion and logic and he would defend it from any threat that would stand in the way of the peace of the village.
