Appearance: He looks like the guy on my profile picture, that large bade he has is for use in assassinations and battle, it is called "Alligator."

Character Personality: Cloud has a very calm personality and he can keep himself collected and together when in the
middle of battle. He is a good judge of character and he usually keeps to himself and just keeps his eye on his goal, which doesn't
leave him with many friends, but despite this he does work well on a team and he can adapt himself to work with his teammates abilities
which results in him being chosen for many types of missions, once he has time to get to know someone, he can be very sociable. He is able to analyze a situation or an opponent even in the most intense part of battle and leads him and his team to victory in most situations.

Background Information: Cloud does not tell many people this but his father is actually from Kumogakure, his parents befriended each other during a covert-ops mission, they were on different sides but with the same objective, when they found out about each other,
Cloud had already been conceived, they made a pact to keep Cloud safe and not tell anyone about it. Clouds father was killed by a Shinobi from the Sound when he was three, he had only been with him a couple of times. When Cloud joined the Academy he showed great promise as a shinobi to his teachers and during the brutal exams he killed his best friend, after that he became the person that he is. Cloud went on countless missions from the time he graduated, he became a Chuunin when he was fifteen and continued to serve his village after. His mother died soon after he turned sixteen, he has taken on some of the toughest missions after this and he has fought shinobi from almost every country there is and has killed in cold blood, he plans to continue.

RP Sample: Cloud sat there camouflaged with a tree which towered above his target, a Chuunin from the Sound who had killed an entire
village in the Water Country, looking for some information about an anonymous Jounin in the village. This was a solo mission, the higher-ups
made that very clear, he didn't know why, frankly, he didn't care, he just wanted the information on this guys style and his abilities so that he wouldn't get caught off guard by the person he was supposed to assassinate. Cloud already had his "Alligator" drawn which, he looked up at the clouds over head, they were dark, a drop of rain fell on his face, he looked back down, his target got up and started walking on his journey back to the village he suspected, it was luck he had found him so soon.

Cloud jumped straight at him as he was walking, it was like a skydive, but better, he brought "Alligator" forward for a clean slash, severing his spinal cord and his upper body from his lower body, that was the destructive power of him and his blade, it looked as if a pack of alligators had gone loose on a persons body, as soon as he got close he slashed. He cut it and then he poofed into thin air, Cloud jumped up and stood on the side of a tree, as he jumped he said under his breathe "Damn shadow clones." He stood there, his knees bent, his back to the tree, he scanned across looking for the slightest dissimilarity. He then looked up to see the target flying down at him with his katana drawn, he went to stab down, Cloud jumped away and started to weave signs and then said "Water Style: Dragon Jet Wash Jutsu!" Cloud shot out of his mouth a high powered water jutsu, the target was in mid air so he couldn't do anything, the water smashed him into the tree, the tree's trunk was smashed and bent inwards. Once Cloud landed he saw kunai flying at him, he dodged them with ease and then noticed another one at his foot which had an explosive seal at the end, Cloud braced himself and jumped away, he got slightly caught in the blast and his hand got burned. The enemy shinobi(target) charged at him, his katana still in hand, Cloud held his assassins blade in a defensive/offensive position, the shinobi struck at him Cloud blocked and kneed him in the stomach. They both jumped away, they circled analyzing each other, the rain still poured, they both immediately charged at each other and went through a flurry of swinging blades, elbowing, kneeing, kicking and punching. Cloud saw a deadly swing of a katana coming straight for him, he jumped and did a spinning flip, while at the same time hitting his enemy in the face with his fists, and his knees and feet, when he landed and saw his face again, there were a couple cuts from his blade as well. The target jumped away, they circled again, Cloud began sign weaving again and then said "Water Style: Sea Serpents Strike Jutsu." Water gathered abruptly and a giant Sea Serpent formed and rushed at his enemy, the target jumped up on top of the water of the serpent, Cloud then rushed at his enemy and started weaving hand signs once more, then saying "Water Style: Poseidons Judgement Jutsu!" Suddenly all of the water around him and his enemy gathered right in front of Cloud it then shot forward with tremendous speed carrying away his enemy, Cloud stood on the water and road them right to his enemy who was getting up and coughing Cloud jumped at him and said "It's over" very calmly, the enemy shinobi had lost his weapon and he was still coughing from the water, Cloud cut straight through the side of his neck, he bled out and died within half a minute of the cut. The rain washed the blood off of the blade Cloud waved it down to wash the blood off, turned and left, his job was done. As Cloud was walking away he saw one of the hunter-nin from his village ready to capture the body, he then jumped up near him and said to as a joke "There, I didn't make such a big mess of his body like I usually do, you happy?" The hinter-nin didn't acknowledge him and he move quite quickly and appeared next to the body, he put it in a bag and he left with the body, Cloud had a smirk on his face, and laughed to himself as he jumped from tree to tree back to the islands. A shinobi showed up right beside him as he was going from tree to tree, it was the Mizukage's assistant, Haru, he then said, "Good job on that mission I am truly impressed and so is the Mizukage, he is planning on giving you a promotion to Jonin, and you will be able to go on missions that are more of your caliber..." Cloud was silent expecting there to be more to the proposal, he wanted to be the best shinobi in the village obviously, but rank meant nothing to him, Haru continued he was unamused to see that he hadn't replied "You do want the promotion don't you? What do ya say? If you want to fight stronger opponents I think this would be a better option for you" Cloud just looked over at him silently, he did want the promotion, but other people in the village wanted him to have it to, he just thought about how funny it would be to be the first shinobi to decline a promotion to Jonin, it was bound to piss people off, Cloud then said to Haru "I decline the promotion...now fuck off" Haru was completely baffled by what he had just said, "I advise you not to talk to superiors like that!" Haru snapped soon after, "Goodbye!" he finished and went in a different direction, Cloud smirked and kept on going his own way, "This will be interesting"
