Description: Hurls several enormous lightning missles, which look like large dragons towards the enemy. The dragons fly towards the enemy following his movement - Almost un-dodgeable, but blockable (similar to Kisame's sharks)

Description: Creates a huge storm of fire around himself to protect him from damage OR around the opponent to trap him

Drawbacks if any: Can be easily penetrated by a water technique or any other strong elemental jutsus except for wind

Name of Jutsu: Time Illusion (genjutsu)

Description: When the genjutsu is casted it appears that the time AROUND the target is slowed down. Therfore Seishou's movement appears to be extemily fast, so fast that when he moves - he appears to create clones of himself, sort of like images from time. These clones are worthless, however they provide a good distraction, while the actual Seishou has a chance to attack

Description: Seishou creates numerous, blades of fire the swirl around him. He can control the blades movement, making him able to hurl the blades towards the enemy if he wants to

Description: Shoots a single, enormous amount of fire, which takes a form of a dragon, wiping everything in its way

Description: Shoots a single, medium sized blast of water

Description: Releases the chakra in the form of electricity. This technique is combined with the Water Blast. When combined, the water blast becomes stronger, cancelling out any earth and fire techniques used against it

Name of Jutsu: Lightning Spheres

Description: Creates multiple spears of Lightning that float around Seishou. Whenever there is an attack incoming or enemy nearby, they speed up, heading towards the attack or the enemy. When making contact with anything, the spheres produce a powerfull blast, which usually cancels out attack or damages the enemy

Description: Seishou charges his palm with electricity. When hitting the enemy, Seishou releases the electricity into opponent's body dealing a great amount of pain, and damaging their nervous system, significantly slowly down their movemtn speed

Elemental Affinity if any: Lightning

Description: Seishou is able to turn his body into lightning for one second, gaining an extreme boost to his speed and is basically moves at the speed of lightning

Drawbacks if any: Damages Seishou's body slightly, takes a significant amount of chakra. 3 turns cooldown
