Kazama's jutsus

Name of Jutsu: Raiden's fury: power charge
Elemental Affinity if any: lightning
Description: this jutsu is taijutsu based, after completing the necessary hand seals, the user sticks two fingers straight up in the air, creating a surge of lightning down their body. This surge draws natural lightning from the atmosphere, even from clouds above by the user's fingers acting as a lightning rod. When enough 'pure' lightning is harnessed, it is slowly grounded into the earth, but this takes a while, so it circulates a bit in the chakra system.the user could then use it in collaboration with their own chakra, to run it through their entire body. From there, it can be discharged through any of their chakra points. after connecting an attack, if the user hits a solid object, it would automatically discharge in that area of their body, revealing the 'sparks' to the air.
More specifically, one post to charge up, gives the user three posts of 'lightning taijutsu'. The colour of the sparks is white (the electrons), with a blue lining,(the chakra).since the lightning is not made from chakra, chakra consumption is less, but the user must possess its affinity...
Drawbacks if any: this jutsu has one major flaw, the length of time it takes to charge up, leaves the user completely open to an attack during it, if he or she decides to cancel the charge, they would have to wait 5 seconds max to stop the flow. Also,during activation, if the user leaves the ground withoutout some way to ground the pure lightning, he/she would be burnt at the feet most likely second degree.

description: after completing the first step of raiden's fury: power charge, the user charges the lightning for two posts of their own. when done, the user then points their target with their other two fingers, and channels all the pure lighting to that hand. using a huge amount of chakra, the lightning is forced into the atmosphere in one general direction. the length of the lightning stream is usually 10 meters away max, because the chakra is used to make in streamline. therefore, 10 meters is the limit where the user can disperse their own chakra for the jutsu.
also, if there is another external source of lightning, either the clouds above, or from another ninjutsu, the user fingers would act as a lightning to gather it, and force it into their body's chakra network. from their, it can either be directed to the earth to be grounded, or it can be sent straight from the user's fingers to his/her other hand, and forced out, completing the jutsu.
drawbacks if any: same as the jutsu listed above, and also, when redirecting lightning, the user must not be disturbed, or else it would be run through their body including vital organs like the heart, and be zapped, which most likely is fatal.

element affinity if any: lightning and water
description: the user of this jutsu must have both lightning and water chakra. after completing the necessary hand seals, the user then focuses lightning chakra through one hand, and water through the other. once the lightning chakra is forced into the atmosphere on their palm, white-blue sparks are revealed. the water chakra, cools the moisture in the air, and it is shaped into a ball in the user's palm.
Then, they combine both palms, where the two elements would naturally combine into an agitated ball with sparks flying out. the user would then trust both palms in one general direction, exerting a lot of chakra in the process, resulting in a powerfull bursting stream of electricuted water. the stream is relatively fast, and is capable of blasting through most solid objects including rocks. it is sapphire in colour and retains a blue glow at the surfaces.

drawbacks if any: it takes a single post to charge, resulting in a 10 meter blast, for a period of 2 seconds (max) where the user is completely vulnerable to an attack. If used in a single post, the stream doesn't come out, and the sparky ball of water stays in the user's palms, though they can simply thrust it directly into an object, it has a minor boost the the attack.

C, A , A respectively i think.

The C-Ranked is going into Lightning Manip as you draw it from the atmosphere itself. Plus, I think it should be either B-Ranked or A-Ranked. - (the way you draw lightning from the atmosphere looks like sasuke's kirin... so i'd guess you ranking it up would be quite nice, as one needs a very good lightning element mastery to do this)

The first A-Ranked Jutsu is close to a Forbidden Jutsu (the very rare ones on the show as it can cause death), so I'd make it S-Ranked.

The third jutsu - Relatively fast as in...? I would like this answered as in I don't want to see:

"I fire a burst of electrocuted water with such speed, making it impossible to dodge and you did".

ok so its B, S , A. the third, at say, under 5 meters, you'd need really good reflexes to dodge, but it can be sidestepped easier after 5 meters...
