Description:[No handseals required]Mizu Akusesu is a Saito Clan technique,used to gain more water for combat.The Clan member will leak out a small string of chakra from their hands,drawing nearby sources of Water to them.It is possible to get the water from the user's body through sweat,and take it from living organisms[Not Humans!].

Drawbacks:The user's body is normally stuck in place while doing this;them helpless to incoming attacks.

Drawbacks:This technique is no use for defense against Weapons,but is useful against Fire-based skills.

Drawbacks:They still need to breathe just the same as normal.No water.No air.Game over.

Description:[No Handseals Needed]Mizu Hirameki is a Supplementary skill,developed by the Saito Clan.They will dash on the water,their feet pushing against it as the water is manipulated to help the Saito clan member to move faster.

Drawbacks:The faster he/she is,the easily he/she is to catch.Their movements can become predictable after time.Also,if not strong enough,they may not be able to coordinate where their path is.

Description:[No Handseals Required]Mizu Kone is a Supplementary skill,developed by the Saito Clan.They will manipulate the water in such a way that the water will be pushing/pulling the opponent to him.

Drawbacks:There is no guarantee that the opponent is weak enough to get pulled by it.Also,it's highly unlikely that he/she will fall for it.
