Curse Mark Creation Template and Rules

To be elegible to make a curse mark you must:
1. Have over 250 posts
2. create a thread in some random place where you study curse marks and must Role play creating it for 4 pages.
3. have admin approval once the thread is finished.

Proof of creation and research: (linky to topic goes here)
