The neutral area between villages (Location for the Kage summit) ((PRIVATE))

Seraph stood at the hidden location for the summit of the kages. Only Kages knew where this building was located. It was protected by various jutsu and had no way to enter without the official seal of the kage.

Seraph had been worried ever since the earthquake and following tsunami that had happened just a few days ago. They were clearly the signs he had clearly been warned against. Then to add to the confusion and hysteria the sky had turned black in mid day. This was definitely what the prophecy had said would happen before the gates would become functional again. Seraph awaited the arrival of the other kages. They all held a piece of the key…8 pieces of the key to the gates. Four were still missing…and he for one did not know where they were.

He looked around the room. It was circular in shape with a long oval shaped table in the center. Torches hung low giving the room a sort of ancient look. Eight chairs adorned the table and Seraph sat near the head of the table. He was the first to arrive and sat there looking at the door that would not open for anyone that was not a kage.

He sat there and crossed his fingers in front of his face. He was anxious to see who would arrive first. He had already sent the messenger nin out to get the others.

About five yards from the building, a gust of wind swirled, carrying a concealing cloud of dust, signaling the arrival of another one of the Village Leaders. As the wind ceased and the dust settled, Arai was standing there, fanning the dust from out of his way with his left hand while his right stayed deep into his right pants pocket. Two ANBU stood beside him, motionless and soundless, awaiting an order from their leader. Arai cleared his throat and looked to the darkened sky..it seemed that an omen was finally taking place. A slight smile pread across Arai's face and he began taking steps towards the building. Each ANBU remained one step behind him, one on each side, right and left.

Hmph, So it seems that the time has come! Men, stand down and remain outside for you cannot enter this building..Forces beyond your control won't allow it."

He chuckled as the harsh wind carried his long blonde hair off to the right. Like always, he refused to wear the traditional clothing of the Tsuchikage. It didn't suit him and it was too uppity in his opinion. So, instead he kept with his customly created clothing from his house. He wore a blue blazer, having the Iwagakure symbol etched in the cuffs and on each button, while on his back was the large symbol representing the Senju Clan. He wore a pair of casual blue slacks, matching the jacket he wore, showing the white T-shirt he had underneath. He continued walking casually, until he was at the door. He reached out, gripping the door knob and turning it. He walked into the building alone and travelled fown the hall towards the room. He opened the door at the end of the hall and lightly yawned. He walked into the room, seeing Ashley, the new leader of Waterfall, and Seraph, the current leader of Rain. He walked to the table and took a seat beside Ashley, the one reserved for Tsuchikage. He smiled at the young lady and looked back to Seraph. After a few minutes, he closed his eyes and took in a deep breath as he waited for the others, sp this meeting could finally commence

"Ah. Konohagakure, the village hidden in the Leaf. I can clearly see the leaves around, but the village isn't that hidden, don't you two think?" Kiyoshi spoke calmly to the the ANBU's who stood around him. Emotionless, ready for any incoming attack on the Kage of Sand. Their faces, concealed by the common ANBU masks the ANBU's were known to wear. They simply nodded as a reply to Kiyoshi's statement, maintaing their guard. "Or maybe that's just me. Should've be named the village hidden in the forest, not leaf," he tilted his head to take a glance behind him, trying to count the trees that stood like a giant, out there, infront of Konoha. "Meh, better get moving before I get yelled at again," he said, remembering earlier in the day where he'd been woken up from his sleep just for the meeting he was about to go to.

Kiyoshi approached the entrance to Konoha, not giving the slightest care about what was around him. That was what he was known for. Kiyoshi, the care-free Kage. Ironic really. Kages were supposed to be caring, and all. But Kiyoshi here wasn't at all. He barely noticed what was going on in his village, till someone drew his attention to it. Afterall, he was just merely seventeen. You wouldn't expect much from someone of that age. The question, 'Why was he elected Kage if he was only Seventeen?' well, you see, Kiyoshi was the only Shinobi qualified for that position. He was the highest rank in the village, a Jounin. All the rest of the Shinobi's, including ANBU's were all Chuunin, or Genin ranked. That was how weak Sand was. You'd think Kiyoshi would actually try and help the situation, but the truth was, Kiyoshi was just elected a week ago, after the sudden disappearance of the previous Kage of sand. He couldn't fix all the economic problems, and situation sand was in that amount of time. And the care-free attitude was just to cover the caring, loving, respectful Kiyoshi that was caged inside Kiyoshi. He feared that if many discovered this, they might try toying with his emotions, or drive him crazy. Meaning, Kiyoshi was well aware of the situation Sand currently was, and was gonna do something about it.

The guards saw him, noticing the armed ANBU's around him, and the Kanji symbol of Kazekage implemented on the hat he wore, and the sand village kanji symbol on the village headband he wore. What threw them of their Ideas was the clothing he wore. It wasn't like any Ninja clothing at all. It looked more like a citizen's clothing, painting a picture of what, or how Kiyoshi viewed his village or his world view. Or whatever they thought. They still had to let him in. He had all what they needed to adress him as the Kage of sand. Clothing was an exception. A Kage could wear any type of cloth he wanted to wear. Stepping into the village, Kiyoshi pulled out the scroll he'd received earlier from the messenger, reading the directions. Following the directions, he found his way to where the Kages were to meet. "Eh, I guess y'all need to stay out here, and wait for me. Do not do any stupid now," he said in his calm bold voice, tilting the knob of the door to the side, and pushing open the door, he stepped in.

The clothing anyone in the room would see on Kiyoshi was a white pant, which let his movements be swift. White T shirt with short sleeves, a Black T shirt was worn underneath the White T shirt, unlike the White T shirt, the Black T shirt had long sleeves, which acted as the sleeves of the White T shirt if you thought about it. He wore ninja shoes, village headband, and the Kazekage hat. He simply smiled at everyone, not paying attention to who or what they were, and soon, found his seat. "Ah, good to know I'm not late," he said, his eyes closed, the corners of his mouth bent upwards, forming a grin.

Batoko walked into the little meeting. He had never been to Konoha before, and really didn't care for it. Although when he was younger he couldnt wait to get to different villages, right now, he couldn't stand them. He wasn't sure why this was, but it was. He looked around and noticed the other Kage's that were already here, and wondered where the rest of them were at. He sighed and sat down on a chair, closing his eyes as he stifled a yawn.

He leaned back and looked at the rest of the people once more and this time, didnt hide it, and yawned. "...so...what are we waiting for?"
