Character Name: Olverto Zampa
Desired Bloodline: Hyouton Creation
Desired Starting Element: Water
Desired Village: Kirigakure
Age: 15
Desired Rank: Genin
Appearance: Look spoiler
Character Personality: I very friendly character. He don't like battle and is kinda lazy. He likes making different ice sculptures. His favourite color is white and he also likes cold. He always has sneese for some kind of weird reason. Olverto doesn't like to hit girls and he also don't use any Ninjutsu on them. He only fights with genjutsu if it comes to girls. He has no confident in his skills and in fights he sometimes want to run away when he even gets a scratch.
Background Info: He grew up only with his father because his mother died when he was born. He and his father lived in a small farm and were very poor but when Olverto became 7 years old he discoverd his power to manipulate Ice. He started making Ice Sculptures and sold them, but only when they really needed money. His father did not like that Zampa could manipulate ice. When Olverto was around 11 his father made him to go in Ninja Academy in Village Hidden in the Mist. Olverto didn't like it but still went. He gradueted at the age of 13. Now he finally started training his jutsu and other things.
