Description:
The depicted image in the spoiler in the color of teal is activated and formed in the eye of the user. The Seal is formed around the basis of Seals. Writing them, manipulating them, and all of the sort. In the Naruto universe hand seals are the most used seals. The zenzeigan sees past this and allows the user to be in touch with an almost parallel mindset while fighting, allowing him to see where seals are and to make them with their eyes invisibly writing them in the air.
Limitations: The seals are limited to pyshical seals. I.e. the user cannot stop someone form performing a hand jutsu.

Ill approve this on a trail basis depending on how you use it will depend if it can accept more members using it.
