Re: Yoshitoki Clan [Hope Its Good] x.x
Bloodline Name/Surname: Yoshitoki
Type of registration: Kekkei Genkai
If Kekkei Genkai what type of: Doujutsu
The creator of this bloodline had mutated eyes due to his experiments. His eyes took the appearance of that of a wolf's, larger pupils and an irregular colored iris when compared to a normal human. Their eyes have taken the color of Blue, Green, and Yellow. It was discovered that this was now a Doujutsu when the Second Generation was born, having the same eyes... just a different color.
Ability
The Doujutsu has been named as the Urufuaizu, the Wolf's Eyes. Kankero found that after his eyes were changed, his sight improved. There are no stages to this Doujutsu, but the effectiveness of it is dependent on the user's training. This Doujutsu allows its user to see better in dark because of the longer pupils, allowing for more light to be reflected within the eye, allowing precise weapon throwing, even in dark. These eyes also increase the distance at which its user can see. [If a normal human at 20/20 vision's sight was a 1, this Doujutsu, the more the eyesight is trained, allows it's user to see at 1.2 with little practice, 1.5 with an extended training, and 2.0 as the Doujutsu reaches its maximum potential] These eyes are also very good for seeing minimal things that other eyes may miss, like fine ninja wire, for example.
Element: Fire
Description:
The Yoshitoki are a very recent clan, created by the recently deceased Yoshitoki Kankero. Kankero was a strong Jounin Shinobi of Konoha, one that wished to be recognized for all the efforts he had done during the years. Always on the shadow of his father, the Jounin decided to create his own clan, the Yoshitoki, and show to the village that he was not only his parents’ son.
He did plenty of research on wolves and, through years of testing, he tried to combine a serum to combine his DNA with that of a wolf's. The result left him in considerable pain for hours in his lab. By the time his body had stabilized, something was different... His eyes. In his later years, he came across a summoning that he told to be hidden by the wolves after he passed away. He left the clues fort the clan so his legacy could find out on its own eventually.
The Yoshitoki hold a Kekkei Genkai that allows them to have more precision during their Taijutsu and Kenjutsu. Over the years, Kankero has built a very strong style of Taijutsu, the Lone Wolf, due to the fact that, as only being one Shinobi, the Jounin portrayed the clan’s members has being loners, ninjas that had to hold their ground alone against one or more opponents.
Kankero found a woman named Daida who he fell in love with. Knowing that legacy was one of the important factors of a clan, the Jounin didn’t waste time to pump his love into his lover (wtf o.o) and from that love, a family was born, the Second Generation.
---------------------------------
KENJUTSU STYLE
Tsume no Kaihou (Claw Release)
Yoshitoki Kankero built this style of Kenjutsu to make the clan a versatile close combat threat which used swords and steel claws to suppress their opponents. The user can develop many tactics and strategies, both offensive and defensive.
Claw Grapple – This is a simple technique that any Shinobi can execute, but the Yoshitoki mastery on wielding a set of three eight-inch long steel claws goes further. The ‘Claw Grapple’ is a counter-attack against swords or other weapons that is based on catching the target’s weapon with the claws and flicks them to the side on an attempt to disarm the opponent. The counter is actually using the opponent’s weapon against himself. It can also work as a feint, if the target is distracted by that sudden block; the clan member can take a clear advantage of the situation with his/her sword.
Blinding Sparks – a simple trick that is based on clashing the Yoshitoki’s claws with his/her katana towards the opponent, the sparks created blinding the target for one post.
Urufu Execution – This is a skill which requires a high level of concentration, speed and reflexes, only being advised for Jounin (it is not a restriction, it’s an advise!). The Yoshitoki runs towards his opponent as he twirls his katana around from left to right as a distraction. Once close enough, he feints a stab to the neck as his opposite foot slides in that direction and the clan member stabs his opponent’s neck, ribs or head with his claws.
Pop-Up Claws Strike – This technique is only available at Chuunin, when the member receives his retractable claws. It is a basic move in which a Yoshitoki swings a punch at his target, unsheathing the claws from their gloves for their last extra inches.
Howl of the Full Moon – this Jutsu is only available after the Full Moon genjutsu is activated. Following that Jutsu, the target listens to a howl before being slashed diagonally on the shoulders and vertically on the chest and guts, finishing with a stab to the forehead or heart by the claws.
-----------------------------------------------
KENJUTSU STYLE ‘Trapper’
Trapper kenjutsu style is based on the usage of weapons other than the sword and claws, yet they being present as defensive “structures”. This style was also created to perfectly combine with that of the Taijutsu “Lone Wolf” Style.
The Trapper Kenjutsu style holds no stance as it combines with the Lone Wolf, but it does have a modification on uniforms. (I’ll explain the uniforms and equipment a Yoshitoki has after the styles and Jutsus)
Entangling Stars – the Yoshitoki pulls three shuriken with ninja wire that is attached to his middle finger. He can control their movements by flicking his fingers to control the wire. This technique is most used to grapple a limb or a weapon, disarming or even pulling the opponent.
Prey Hunt – Combined with the Lupine Entrapment (which is based on the user circling and measuring his opponent up), this skill is about discreetly laying out ninja wire strategically throughout the battlefield to capture the target, immobilizing it for short moments. It can be used with “Trap of 1k Strings” Genjutsu, which together can turn the tables on a hard battle. Due to the complexity of the skill, “Prey Hunt” takes five posts with three lines of implied work on the Jutsu. These posts do not need to be continuous, the user being able to jump the order, but needing those FIVE posts to use the Jutsu or it will be godmod. (Due to its complexity, this Jutsu is only to be carried out by experienced Shinobi, those who have a higher intelligence due to the fact of experiencing the heat of battle)
----------------------------------
GENJUTSU
Full Moon -> the user stares deeply at his opponent as he twirls his katana rapidly in a circle. For the target, that twirl slowly turns into the moon, rest around him turning into nothingness. (C-ranked Genjutsu, requires two whole posts)
Trap of 1k Strings – the user performs two discreet hand seals as he stares at his opponent. Once they are complete, he pulls his arms backwards as the target believes it is now tied up by a thousand strings, immobilizing it. This
Genjutsu makes a target vulnerable for a short period of time, but can also be used with the Prey Hunt technique. (C-Ranked)
Ambushing Wolves – the Yoshitoki stares at his opponent, four wolves circling around the target and tightening the gap. It ends in a vicious attack of all animals at once, the Genjutsu ending here. (C-Ranked; can hold the Gen for three posts before making the wolves attack)
-------------------------------
NINJUTSU
Fire Nails Jutsu – the Yoshitoki focuses fire chakra into the tips of his fingers, which increases the burning damage made in the Lone Wolf Style. It continuously draws chakra and creates minor burns to the user. If used longer than five posts, this Jutsu can potentially increase the damage given to the user. (D-ranked)
Fire Claw Jutsu – the Yoshitoki’s hand is veiled in fire chakra, being only able to hold for three posts before INTENSE burning. This Jutsu burns the target’s flesh. If mastered at a high rank, it can even pierce the flesh and burn internal tissues and organs.
Stages of Power for the Fire Claw Jutsu
D-Rank – minor degree burns; the burns will increase the skin’s sensibility (of the opponent) making sharp weapons slash that area easier.
C-Rank – medium degree burns; same as Gennin
A-Rank – pierces the flesh for a few inches, the possibility of the fire chakra slipping through the skin and burning internal tissues being high. If too much chakra is pumped, it can even burn organs, but at the cost of burning the hand with the same power.
(the reason why the Jutsu Fire Claw leaps one Rank is due to the increased risk and damage that it contains at A-Rank)
--------------------------------------
Lone Wolf Taijutsu Style
Claw Strike – the user shapes his hand into a claw, using the tip of his fingers to attack an opponent. The effect of the hit is that of five puncture needles piercing the skin of the target and making it feel a burning sting from each hit.
Raging Fang – similar to the Claw Strike, but uses both hands to attack one area of the opponent, making the pain two-fold, meaning a more hazardous burning sting.
Wolf Fang Attack – the Yoshitoki creates a quick set of attacks with his hands aimed at the opponent’s shoulders, ribs and chest. First should be the shoulders, to make the opponent’s arms wobble with each hit, therefore not being able to block. Pushing the opponent backwards is key to prevent him from also using his legs. After going at the shoulders, the Yoshitoki targets his ribs and chest, sometimes going back to the shoulders to still prevent any from his target. The attack ends with a Raging Fang attack, aimed either at the head or chest.
After reaching a certain level of comfort while fighting with claw shaped hands, the Yoshitoki can start learning the stance of the “Lone Wolf”.
The Stance – the Yoshitoki bends his knees slightly and bends his torso forwards, his less used hand being seemingly limp and grazing the ground. The leg that is in symmetry with the user’s less used hand shall be slightly forwards for the Yoshitoki to be leaned in a somewhat sideways manner. This shall add heightened speed and reflexes as he can quickly quickstep or dodge and evade, shifting directions easily. However, it decreases power significantly.
Lupine Trap – this skill is used to anticipate other attacks from the Yoshitoki clan member. It is based on circling around your opponent with unpredictable moves while faking impulses and shifts of direction to isolate one target. The more he circles around and feints, the closer the user gets to his prey.
Jaw Pressure – This skill is about being able to grab the opponent’s top of the head with the user’s right or left hand shaped in a clawlike form, then applying pressure with his fingers, mainly on the temples and three other spots. If held long enough (3 posts), the target is knocked out due to the pressure to the five vital places of the head.
Bloodlust Fang – this is used after Lupine Trap. The user is now close enough to feint a jab forwards, but actually bending his knees further and get into a semi-crouched position in which he is at the level of the opponent’s guts. From there, he works his way up with attacks to the lower legs, thighs, waist, guts, ribs, then chest, ultimately finishing in the head. It is a very hard skill and requires much training, since one needs to be terribly fast.
ADVANCED TECHNIQUES
The Stance – the Yoshitoki member must now be quite fast and have good stamina to perform the following skills, or he shall be terribly exhausted. (for each skill, 3 posts of speed/stamina)
Ookami Rendan – a modification of the Shishi Rendan. The Yoshitoki lifts his opponent up in the air, following him up and then knocking him back to the ground with a Raging Fang in the guts. The user can also use various Claw Strikes while on the way up to weaken his opponent
------------------------------------
EQUIPMENT:
Six-inch claws (Gennin) – a Gennin receives these claws once he graduates from the academy. It is a very simple set of three steel claws attached to a leather glove.
Eight-inch Retractable Claws – only granted by the clan leader, it’s a sharp set of three steel claws attached to a leather forearm pad to which the claws can be retracted to. They can be unsheathed again by triggering the forearm with chakra or flicking the wielding hand downwards. They can be retracted back by flicking the hand upwards.
Flexible Katana Case – A very small leather clase attached to a wire that is pretty similar to that of the ninja but more resistant. It allows the user to swiftly move his katana around his torso to protect from physical attacks such as Taijutsu or weapon attacks. It is most used with the “Trapper” Kenjutsu Style, the katana being strictly used as a counter effect or defense.
Fake Exploding Tag – an invention of Yoshitoki Kankero. This tag has seals pretty similar to that of the exploding tag, even being able to create that fateful (lol) hissing and imitating the burning perfectly. It does not explode, only being used as a distraction or decoy, but not just that, as it can also be used on strategies that require a certain catalyze of fire. (secret ^^)
-------------------------------------
Limitations:
The Yoshitoki are quite weak when turning to Ninjutsu, as it is barely trained. However, they tend to use it as a supportive tactic for their attacks and counters, which can prove quite useful in the heat of battle. Furthermore, being very cunning and smart, also having that needed speed and reflexes, the Yoshitoki clan finds another weakness
Number cap: 5

RP Wise, the styles are not yet finished due to the death of Yoshitoki Kankero. However, Takimoto and Touou will try and finish them.
