Name of Jutsu: Kawa no Kaki no Jutsu (Art of the Stream of Fire/ Stream of Fire Jutsu)


Elemental Affinity if any: Fire Ninjutsu



Description: To use, the user must complete 4 handsigns, during which, you channel fire chakra into your lungs and up and around your throat and mouth to protect them and to guide the flames. When you form the chakra to create the fire, you must rapidly spin the fire and chakra around and into itself, as well as up and down rapidly to help contribute to being able to control the fire once it leaves you. Then, when you are ready (and do not take too long, as you can only hold the fire in for 5 seconds before it will begin to quickly burn your insides), you swiftly guide the chakra out of your mouth, and force it into the direction your mouth is currently faceing. The jutsu can travel up to 8 feet max and 3 feet minimum.



Drawbacks if any: If used at close range (as in less than 2 feet apart), both you and the target will be hurt, though the target will be worse off by taking the brunt of the damage, with you only getting hurt from the close proximity. Also, if you do not have the Fire element, the jutsu will take 1/5th of your chakra. If you do not have an affinity for Ninjutsu, you will loose 1/4th of your chakra, and if you have no fire element and no ninjutsu affinity, it will take 1/2 of your chakra.

that is a very great idea for a ninjutsu but it sounds a lot like fire style fire ball jutsu. so you might better change it a little.
