Ashley Kami Training Empty Ashley Kami Training

Today was a hot and sticky day and you could tell by just looking outside the window and see how the sun shines against the glass. The sun beamed down on this patch of grass that surrounded a huge oak tree with surrounding leaves, creating an enjoyable shade to rest on. An occasional wind blew by the tree, shuffling the leaves a bit but it didn’t make a big difference to the humid weather. The grass was cut low and was open, just a perfect place to train for something, as there were no weeds sticking out from the ground and sticks all over the place. A few footsteps rustled the grass as the Takikage emerged from behind a bush to her private training quarters.

She wore something close to her everyday outfit at the village, but this was her battle gear. A vivid red tank-top with a gold neck-place that matched the arm band that seemed to be a few inches away from it on Ashley’s arm. A black skirt that was only a few shades away from the black that colored her long hair that went down to her hips now. Her eyes glistened in the sun and her long white stockings went from straight below her knees right down to her black ninja sandals. Last but certainly not least, she carried a leather bag, which strap was secured across her chest diagonally and in that bag was her traveling rye, her map and a few other essentials. Her Waterfall villager headband was around her neck like a necklace and she made sure that the Waterfall resembled mark was clearly showing.

She knew what she to do and that was teaching one of her newest jutsu, Hebi Souran no Jutsu. She wrote it down on paper and this idea was quickly going to be turned into a reality, because she finally got time to actually create it, but she had to learn exactly how. Opening the strap on her bag, she quickly dug into there and pulled out two chains that were about both about six feet long that tugged on the ground as she backed up a bit, trying to make them straight. Laying them down on the ground and closing her leather bag, she took it off completely, launching it over to the tree. “I really need to concentrate if I want to create this jutsu and use it eventually.”

She basically memorized that note-pad that was in her bag, so she didn’t bother to bring it out with her. The first step to this was concentration; she had to concentrate on the chains and focus her chakra into them, trying to give them life, spreading her chakra out. Sitting Indian style, she closed her eyes and placed both her left and right hands on the chains, her palms pressed onto the chain. Here Ashley attempted to channel her chakra thoroughly throughout her body to have enough left over to complete some other jutsu after she puts the chakra to the chains. Focusing even harder, Ashley tried to deliver the chakra correctly to the chains and she felt chakra on her palms, she closed her eyes harder now trying to deliver them to carry throughout the chains, but it just disappeared. She failed step one, and now she began to wonder, is this even possible?

Taking a deep breath she remembered, trial and error. Practice made perfect and she needed to perfect this jutsu rather quickly before returning back to the village as more paperwork was going to be delivered, what a drag. Getting back to the Indian style sit she was in before, she put her palms to the chains and closed her eyes. Now, she tried to channel her chakra throughout her body, especially to her fingertips as that is where she needed the power. The chakra was felt again, but to make sure she didn’t fail this time, she actually gripped the chains with her hands then released them.

Ashley opened her eyes and saw the two chains standing up by themselves, it was just amazing. She grinned and threw a punch with her left hand and the left chain snake charged forward at the tree, snipping at it wildly. Doing the same exact thing with her right hand, the right chain wildly bruised the tree bark. It seemed that the chakra infused on the chains was linked to her chakra which made the chains like snakes and under Ashley’s every control. Suddenly the chains fell down to the floor with a thud and Ashley snarled.

“Ohkay, this does take a lot of chakra and I need to find a way to do it longer. It’s my chakra control holding me back, I just need to learn how to do it faster and use the time limit to my advantage.” Ashley picked up the chains and held them in her hands as they seemed to be lifeless. As she walked over to the tree, she took shade and wiped the sweat off of her forehead and took a sip from her canteen. Ashley then shoved the chains into her bag and hastily got up to her feet and leaned back against the tree.

Dirt covered the field with few patches of grass here and there, but this didn’t both Ashley Kami at all. She quickly drew a stack of paper and took one piece of paper, eyeing it carefully. Standing up on her feet, she folded the corners with care as she made it look like a shield, curved at the top and pointy at the edge. As she held comfortably, she focused her chakra towards the shield which actually empowered it.

Although it still looked weak and flimsy like paper, it was a decently strong shield. Just to test it, holding it firmly she charged forward towards a tree. As it looked like she was going to attack, she was just going to shield herself to see how much damaged it accumulated. Slamming herself forward into the tree the shield went to the bark and the power seem to build up so much that it sent Ashley Kami back to her feet, grinning. “Hmm, it seems for a d-ranked technique this is pretty useful. Well, carry on then.”

After mastering paper shield, it was now time for paper sword technique which was one that seemed to be relatively hard to create out of paper, but easy to control with chakra. Taking the piece of paper she quickly made it to some complicated folds before gripping carefully at the place she is supposed to, now making the blade part as pointy as she can. This couldn’t cut through anything but it was an easy way to deflect some on-coming kunai and shurikens. This made it pretty useful at times and easy to control. Holding the sword, she focused chakra into it, making the sword a bit stronger so it doesn’t rip like regular paper but it does its job to defend.

Just to make sure it defends, Ashley had set up three triggers that shot a handful of kunai, shurikens and senbon needles towards her and she had to dodge as much as possible. Quickly throwing a kunai at the string that tied all three of them together, they all shot quickly at her. She stood in her defensive stance and held the blade at an angle that made it wider then it was. She swung the blade left, then quickly right, no weapons getting to her as they all hit each other off course, but lastly came a flight of senbon needles that Ashley timed and hit off course, except for one which gashed her in the arm. Frustrated, she quickly took this out from her flesh; angry at how a d-ranked technique couldn’t protect her from the simplest of projectiles.

Ashley slowly walked in to the bridge that went over the streaming land of water near her village; it was just a faint place in the forests. She had been getting warnings from an attack and that they might be spying from where they saw she came back from places like the kage meetings, so she needed to learn a jutsu that made her go to a place easier. She used another secret entrance from her village today which automatically got her here to the training grounds. She practically bent over and put her hands in the water just to feel relieved that she could get a break from all of this kage drama. They needed to find a way to get to her village and she wasn’t going to let them find out too easily.

She took a scroll containing the jutsu that she needed to learn today, the body flicker technique. This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It was a D-ranked technique so it would be easy to master, at least she thought. She put together the hand seal and used chakra to temporarily vitalize her body, causing her to move at an extreme pace, or in other words teleport. A poof of smoke covered her and she ‘teleported’ too the other side of the bridge. She smirked and knew this jutsu would come in handy.

Ashley Kami Training Empty Re: Ashley Kami Training

Ashley glanced around the area and walked into the dirty field that had very few grass patches and was mostly speckled with the dirt that was around. Ashley didn’t seem to worry of the conditions but she was already panting and low on chakra, this wasn’t very likely. That was because she used body flicker from her office all the way here to the forests in neutral territory where she could be safe, for the most part she thought. She got another warning scroll that her land might be taken over or invaded but she wasn’t going to go down easily, she had a lot of things to learn that she needed to protect her village during something like a war. She didn’t know from what village the attack might come from, but it was narrowed down to Kumogakure, Kirigakure and Iwagakure from her studies.

She took out the scroll that she carried with her in her pack pocket and she drew it from there and held it firmly in her hand. She took a short walk over to the tree that shaded her from the outside weather. It was very hot and the sun beamed down on her, and she sweated like crazy, so she decided to go to the tree. She leaned back gently and thought of taking a rest before she got starting to learn this jutsu because quite frankly she was very tired from the body flicker jutsu and she took a deep breath. She laid the white scroll with the black kanji’s next to her as she looked passed the leaves and up to the clouds, she blinked twice.

Her attire for the day seemed to be simple, pretty and comfortable, something easy to train and possibly battle in. Her black hair was tied into a ponytail and her bangs covered her forehead as always, all the way down to her bright amber eyes. She wore a different outfit than usual, but it was pretty comfortable. It was a white kimono decorated with blue flowers on the kimono. It seemed to be short as it ended right above her knee and she had tied a ribbon around her waist to make it look even more stylish than before when she had it on.

She read up on the technique in the scroll. This technique was very similar to the Academy Leveled clone technique, but those clones were not the same. Those were just visual images that will dissipate anything that they came in contact to, but this was more advanced than that. In this jutsu, you distribute your chakra evenly between all the clones which allowed them to do way much more then be illusions, they could attack as well. They are actual copies and not just illusions.

She fingered at her Waterfall village headband and the metal connecting with her fingers made a slight sound. For starters, she was nervous as this was a hard technique that only few people mastered. She tried it before when she was a Jounin but she chakra control wasn’t as great as it was now, so she was almost certain that it would work now. She took a deep breath and headed out to the middle of the field as the sun seemed to be even hotter than it was before. Right now, it was either all or nothing for her, she needed this for the war and damn straight was she going to get it.

Ashley nodded and made a tiger hand sign with her right and left hand and she began to cross her fingers, getting ready for the technique. She channeled her chakra correctly, getting ready to split it as she said the words, “SHADOW CLONE JUTSU!” The words expelled from her in a fury of shouts and there were now 5 Ashley’s standing there, as Ashley noticed the four others of her which seemed identical. She sighed as one immediately poofed away, as did another. This left it down to only three Ashley’s and she charged for the tree, as did they and she punched the tree, but they poofed as she began to punch. “Ohkay, so they don’t have enough chakra to last them a while, that is my chakra control kicking in.”

Ashley took a deep breath this time and looked left then looked right as she put together the tiger hand seal with her left and right hand and crossed them. Successfully, she channeled her chakra and five Ashley’s appeared once again. Ashley glanced at them and they had the same notable features that she did, she wanted to see if she did it correctly. She drew a kunai from her pouch as did they and she sprinted towards the tree in front of her, and they did exactly the same. Ashley knew that she had did the jutsu in succession and stabbed the kunai in the tree, the clones doing the same seeing 5 kunai inserted into a tree made Ashley smile and grin.

Ashley Kami Training Empty Re: Ashley Kami Training

Post by Ashley Kami Tue Jul 14, 2009 9:18 am

Ashley walked through the forests for what seemed like a year, although it has only been about forty-five minutes. She was trying to get to this lake to train some new jutsu but was all this walking worth it? She had all the scrolls in her bag that she had attached to her back. Today she planned to learn a good two, three or if she was lucky, even four jutsu. She reached a tree that she already saw before and to mark it, she threw a kunai with a kanji marked on it. “Gah, am I lost!?!” she asked loudly to herself as she went forward.

She knew that this was a trick; she thinks that she was walking in a circle for a reason. Was this place even real or did it even exist anymore? She read about it in a scroll the other day as a perfect place for the perfect weather to practice water techniques. Ashley then walked towards a tree and she decided to mark this one with a shuriken. She pushed the black hair that was in front of her face behind towards her ear, releasing a deep sigh.

This was obviously crazy, she was lost and she was just trying to find a place to learn this new technique. Out of frustration she kicked the tree, with a roundhouse kick. The tree had a dent in it, when she saw a little path emerging from a few trees down from this tree. She went down to the path and turned. “Wait, was this a path before?” She didn’t recognize that tree as she went forward and she smiled of joy and bliss. She stepped forward and she rustled the grass, finally arriving to the place.

Ashley stood at the waterfall in these training grounds which seemed to be very vivid with green grass and colorful flowers. Ashley sighed slowly as she leaned back against one of the tree, full with green leaves. The bark was a dark brown and the sun was shining just the right amount. A perfect place to train, Ashley thought so. The best thing about the training grounds was right behind her, the lake.

Ashley was going to train her water jutsu and this was exactly why she was going to do so. The lake seemed to be one of the purest and greatest water supply in the shinobi world. She dressed for the occasion as well, knowing that she was going to get wet. The sun was out and it was gleaming with the nice heat that it provided. Ashley went over to the lake edge and just wanted to dive in, but she was here for training and she got ready for that.

She wore a nice dark black tank-top with a thin strap that surrounded her shoulders. Then a dark black pair of shorts that tightly went around her legs made from fine silk material. She had black high-heeled ninja sandals, less formal then usual but it really didn’t matter to her. Then her hair was tied into a ponytail for the few times in her life she did and a bang that went across her entire forehead slightly. Her Waterfall Village headband, which she wore with pride and confidence, was worn around her neck like a necklace, simply as she did always.

Today she was going to practice a technique that she found out from a scroll, Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique. It was an A-ranked water style technique which could be proved powerful at times, unless it went against its enemy, earth. But if the two said combined it would form a wood style. It formed a strong column of water to attack an opponent. Due to the force of water, the target will be fully enveloped at the mercy of the current as they are pulled away. She suddenly began to start her hand-seals now. There were a lot of hand seals for this jutsu and she could barely remember all of them now. She did the hand seals now, Tiger, Ox, Monkey, Rabbit, Ram, Boar, Ox, Horse, Monkey, Tiger, Dog, Tiger, Snake, Tiger, Ox, Monkey, Rabbit and Bird. After all of this she channeled her chakra with her water as a huge current of water started to come down, but it suddenly stopped and just went back to its regular current. “WHAT! I am not doing something right. This is just crazy.”

Ashley took a deep breath once again as she focused her chakra and her body. She did the handseals Tiger, Ox, Monkey, Rabbit, Ram, Boar, Ox, Horse, Monkey, Tiger, Dog, Tiger, Snake, Tiger, Ox, Monkey, Rabbit and Bird. She focused her chakra now as the water rose and made a column and shot down onto the water ground hard. After this hit, Ashley even got worried as she leaped back out of the strong currents that almost seemed to take out the trees. “Wow that jutsu is strong!” Ashley smirked as she took a deep breath. Has she mastered the jutsu now? It took a boat-load of chakra but it will be worth it in the end.
