Limitations: Members of this clan have lived most of their lives in an extremely dark environment so in turn they would be sensitive to the outside worlds light and other bright objects such as fire or lightning. Tho their sense of smell and hearing is adept to that of a normal human these senses can easily be over whelmed by either a very loud sound or a powerful odour. Since living in near uninhabital locations they would be iscolated from the shinobi world and such technology meaning most of them wouldn't be able to understand any language unless taught. They begin to grow weak when exposed to light for prolonged period because their bodies aren't used to the added heat and such.

Number cap: The maximum amount of clansmen/women is five, for anymore then that they would get rather annoyed by the presence of many others and kill the other clansmen/women.

Charka Whistle: The clansmen/women that would be born in the standards of the "others" would be practically blind but through living in caves or other extremely dark places they had formulated a way to induce soudn waves with charka so that the sound would act much like the sonar of a bat, releasing a whistle like sound induced with charka they await in the dark for the soudn waves to bounce off of an object and return to the user to give them a small glimpse on the world around them. How ever this fine sound can be interupted by the releasing of a soudn that is of similiar pitch as it would change the sound waves trajectory and if they did make it back to the user they would be altered giving a false surrounding.

Charka Screech: After obtaining the rank of "chuunin" the clansmen/women would have slightly matured to a moderate degree and so would their ability to produce the whistling like soudn that helps them see to a small standard. By inducing a modeate amount of charka into a screeching sound that is expressed when annoyed or angered the clansmen/women may be able to amp up the pitch and volume of this to become a somewhat deadly attack capable of sending a single person or object backwards and if subjected to the attack may suffer form loss of hearing for a short period of time. The user may suffer from extreme head aches after the use of this techinique as their hearing would most assuredly be affected by the sound.

Sonic Boom: Once obtaining the rank of "jounin" the clansmen/women may produce a barking like sound to express dominance of somethnig or to protect something that they cherish. Yet this may only seem a petty atempt to scare the opponent the clansmen/women may induce a large amount of charka into the bark to release a large force of sound waves. This consumes a large amount of charka but also the user runs the risk of killing themselves with it as their inherited hearing may be overloaded by the sound of the attack.

^ Just to say it isn't entirely a boost clan, they accumulate the corrosive chemical in their saliva over time and they mainly use sound based techniques to either get a small glimpse of what is around them or to attack. Also many of them would be incapable of learning justus until chuunin due them not officially learning any sort of language, so they would have to rp out learning "speech" so that they may learn justus.
