Character Personality: Lucius is a young shinobi with a dream to be the master of Suiton based jutsu. Like his element, Lucius is always calm and relaxed. He only fights when needed, and when that happens, he does not try to kill his opponent. Killing is a sin to him, and he evades it at all cost. In the battle he focuses on using his mind not guts, and he does not enter a battle without making a battle plan first.


Background Info:
Lucius never meet his real parents, he was raised by a rich foster family. They gave him all he wanted, but money could not make him happy. One day his foster parents gave him money and sent him to the store, and when he got back, he found the house empty. His foster parents left him alone, with only 200 money (didnt looked at the money sistem). Using that money, Lucius somehow came to the village hidden in the mist, where he meet a ninja for the first time. After a talk with that man, he decided to become a shinobi, so he went to see the Mizukage. The Mizukage enabled him to become a shinobi and gave him the genin rank. That was when he was 14 years old, now his 18 and has a ........... rank.

A ghostly figure slowly walked into the area, wearing a simple black outfit. His black clothes cowered the whole body except for his mouth, and over his shirt Lucius had his chuunin jacket, and on his right arm a Waterfall village headband was hanging. Lucius had no equipment at all, except a small pocket on his back, where he held a pair of black scrolls. When the ghostly figure came to the center of the area, he suddenly stopped, and rose his look towards the proctor. A pair of blue eyes could be seen, one look at them could melt the new fallen snow. The figure spoke calmly, "Lucius Y. Spectree, ready for battle." After saying that, Lucius quickly took of his chuunin jacket, and trow it on the floor. Doing that he has shown two tings. First, he didnt wanted to get it destroyed in the battle, and second, Lucius was sure that he will become a jounin. After he removed his jacket, Lucius was ready for battle, so he quickly turned towards his opponent and calmly said, "Hello im Lucius and you must be Jazzy. Nice to meet you." On the outside, Lucius was a scary person, but in the inside, he was a gentle soul.

Seeing the dog transform into Jazzy, surprised Lucius, so he quickly prepared for battle by going in his fighting stance. He slowly rose his both hands and stretched his left hand towards Jazzy. When he done that, Lucius slowly slid his left leg towards his opponent, and that made his fighting stance. By his opponents voice, Lucius could figure that he got a very powerful and serious opponent, so he decided it was time to get serious. His eyes changed into black blue color, and they were constantly following Jazzys moves, so he could notice him disappearing. Using his chakra enhanced hearing, he could hear Jazzy appear above, with his dog. He quickly jumped to the left, towards the giant building, trying to dodge the *rain attack*. Because Lucius was in the center of the arena, he was just a few meters away from it, so he landed besides the building in a second. After that, Lucius quickly fazed trough the walls of the building, disappearing inside. "Comee, follow mee.." a hollow scary voice was heard from the inside. Lucius knew that hes out matched and that the battle turned two against one, so his only chance was to disable the dog and then go after Jazzy. While he was inside the building, Lucius quickly made a battle plan, so now all he had to do is wait.

In a small opening, cowered with grass, wind started to blow. The wind slowly brought up sings of battle, witch was about to start.
A mysterious man, dressed in a brown outfit, walked into the grassy area. His head was down, so his face could not be seen, only his dark black hair could be seen blown by the wind. His whole body was cowered by the brow outfit, except for his legs, on which he had a pair of blue ninja slippers.
After he came to the center of the grassy area, the figure suddenly stopped, and started to slowly rise his head. After he rose his head, the figure finally showed his dark brown eyes, and his phale skin. Lucius slowly looked around him and started to search for a worthy opponent, among the shinobi gathered at this sad time.
The figure saw the young shinobi coming towards him, but he did not care, the shinobi arriving was not much of a challenge to him. After seeing the young shinobi trow a kunai at him, Lucius quickly jumped backwards, showing his incredible speed and swiftness. The kunai was not a mach for his speed so Lucius dodged it easily, and made his next move. He quickly picked a blue kunai from his back pocket, and trow it at the young shinobi, aiming for his chest. The kunai was sent at him with almost blinding speed, so it could not be dodged easily.
After sending a kunai at his opponent, the figure quickly lowered his hands, and started to walk away slowly. He did not wanted to fight anymore, his thirst for battle was over.
