Mission System Guidelines

Village missions
It is the responsibility of the Village Leader or Kage of your village to give you missions.
It is totally up to him/her on how many he gives out but he AT LEAST must do the following:
5 D rank missions a week
4 C rank missions a week
3 B rank missions a week
2 A rank missions every 2 weeks
S rank is completely up to the Village Leader or Kage
Mercenary Missions
Anyone can give these out and it can be any rank BUT:
The person giving out the mission MUST have the money to pay the participants of the missions and the pay must be a fair amount according to what type of mission is given out.
